MARITAL RAPES

This is supposed to be my first blog on blogger.com and hereby am discussing on the topic we probably know the least about "MARITAL RAPES".

We all hardly know the difference between rapes and marital rapes. Some people don't even consider marital rape as a rape. Here's where we are WRONG!! Marital rape is considered as an offense in many countries and some countries don't even consider Marital Rape anything near to offense. I had recently started by research on marital rapes and came across a horrifying fact that near about 40 countries around the world including China, India, etc. don't even consider marital rape as a rape which is actually a sad part of these countries and since I belong to India as well, I am ashamed of laws that rather focuses on banning beef and rapists are not even near about hitting spots where they actually belong, "JAILS".

Talking further about Marital Rapes,
What are MARITAL RAPES?
Marital rape is also known as rape in marriage or spousal rape. It is where the perpetrator is the victim(can be husband or wife) and the person who forces his/her partner is the culprit. It is a type of sexual abuse to the partner you love and once you took an oath to spend your life with.

Do some countries consider Marital rape as a serious offense?
Yes, many counties including countries like Australia, Austria, Canada, etc do consider marital rape as a serious offense and other countries must inherit this progressive policies into their legal systems.

As we see in our society usually women are the victims of marital rapes. This is not because women are weaker then men or weaker in any sense, but because women are scared of reporting there loved ones, considering the emotional attachments they carry along. Besides, they are too afraid of society, and the silly assumptions made by them in order to degrade a person. The only way out is be strong, take help of your friends or family and do report ,no matter how bad it is, your life partner(so called) deserves a punishment for what he/she did to you.
For the countries that do not have laws to punish a person who forces their spouse into sex, I strongly believe that public being together can achieve impossible and trust me together you can bring a change to your society, to your country. Marching forward in unity will sooner or later force the system of your country to enforce this law.

I would really appreciate if you would comment on this blog and can ask for any help you seek.
